Proper Verbiage When Evaluating An Employee

Nest in the systemic model

The nest is a system, and entire unit consists of one share in relation to each other, that the whole is different from the sum of the parts and any change in any of these parts affect the whole system. Context and individual dynamics is co-determine each other. By the law of the whole system is formed from the reciprocal of its parts, for both individuals influence the system, as well as its impact upon the individuals themselves. Any change in one part of the system necessarily produces a change in the other parts and the larger system, the change also takes on different meanings, depending on different contexts reference. This is why the teachers in my nest rotate in three sections and the children are free to choose the context in which to spend the morning. Create

autonomy means providing a system of multiple references, different choices; tie the children to a single point of reference, in fact, could be addictive. Different educational styles enrich the child, separate reports trigger for change, trade in energy, materials, people and information with the external environment constitute essential to child development.

The environment is subject to constant change, but still tends to maintain a good level of homeostasis, in fact offered redundancy situations, with more possible solutions and predictable, the effectiveness of the organization, does not depend on its structure and its components (allocation of roles within the system), but depends on the level of coherence. The organization therefore is effective to the extent that the various elements of the system are interdependent and consistent.
